HornAfriq Poultry Farm is a commercially driven and socially responsible poultry and agribusiness enterprise headquartered in Jijiga, Somali Regional State, Ethiopia. We specialize in poultry production, egg supply, animal feed manufacturing, hatchery development, broiler production and agricultural value-chain development.
Our integrated model connects feed production, breeding and hatchery development, commercial egg production, broiler farming and poultry processing. As a social enterprise, HornAfriq reinvests about 80% of its profits into business expansion and community development.

Our Products & Services
Commercial Egg Production
Commercial layer farms supplying fresh table eggs to households, retailers, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants and institutions. Around 60,000 birds, with daily production reaching 45,000 eggs.
Poultry Feed Manufacturing
Feed for bird health, growth and productivity: Chick Starter, Pullet Grower, Layer, Broiler Starter, Broiler Grower and Broiler Finisher. We supply our own farms and outside poultry farmers.
Hatchery & Day-Old Chicks
Modern hatchery facilities in development to improve local supply of healthy day-old chicks and reduce dependence on imports.
Broiler Production & Processing
Expanding broiler farming and processing with modern slaughtering equipment, processing infrastructure and cold-chain systems.
Crop Production & Feed Ingredients
Building maize and soybean supply chains with local producers to improve raw material availability and lower input costs.
Organic Fertilizer
Turning poultry manure into organic fertilizer to support sustainable agriculture and reduce waste.
